Hello, everyone hope you all are doing good. I am here to discuss some fast and precise tricks that will definitely help you in loosing weight.
As you know me some of you who don't let me tell you that I used to be very heavy and now I have reduced around 8 to 9 kg. In this blog I am going to disclose my weight loss journey that would be beneficial for you too.

QUICK TIPS 💕


1) START MORNING WITH LUKE WARM WATER 


Drink lukewarm water preferably with honey and lemon. If not possible, go for a glass of lukewarm water and drink it by sipping. It helps in dissolving the fat in your body.


2) EAT IN SMALL INTERVALS


Don't eat in bulk that will be difficult for your digestive system to digest. Go for small portion meals preferably fiber , carbs, protein.


3) NO SUGAR OR ADDED SUGAR ITEMS


Avoid any kind of sugar whether it is in food or as simple form of sugar. Try to avoid oil also.


4) DON'T DRINK WATER IN THE MIDDLE OF YOUR MEALS


Drinking water in the middle of meals make your stomach full that leads to over eating later. Also scientifically drinking water in the middle of meals cause wastage of  water soluble  vitamins.


5) START SIP ON GREEN TEA


Green tea or black tea twice a day increases your metabolism and enhances the functioning of digestive system.


6) WORKOUT AT LEAST 30 MIN


Be it a walk or skipping a rope or running. Add workout in your daily routine. Workout is the crucial part of this journey.


7) EAT LESS IN DINNER


Eat less in your dinner and try to have it three hours before napping.




8) TAKE DINNER EARLIER


As I mentioned above taking dinner earlier helps your body to digest what you eat instead of  growing your unwanted fat.



9) DRINK MILK AND PROTEIN PRODUCTS


Go for milk products mainly curd, eggs, Milk, buttermilk etc. For protein go for lean meat or red meat, pulses- Rajma, Lobia, sprouts.


10) DON'T STARVE


Starving will never help you. Don't skip your meals. Take them on time. Starving only results in over eating.
